What is Root-Cause Therapy

Root-Cause Therapy is a healing method that uses regression and progression practices to allow unprocessed emotions from past trauma to be completed and released.

By tapping into the unconscious mind in a controlled way, you can consciously and safely enter into events from the past and release the emotions that have been holding you back in your life.  Once the emotions are released, you can have a clearer picture of the event and move forward with the truth and helpful learnings from your higher self.

Most of our habits and negative patterns come from the unconscious mind which makes it more difficult to break these habits consciously. Root-Cause Therapy assists you to consciously tap into your unconscious mind and change these behaviours and habits. By entering into the root cause of an issue, healing can occur and create long term positive changes in your life.
