I like using food as medicine and have studied, different forms of diet including Ayurvedic, Chinese and Western diet and nutrition.
I believe food should not only be healthy but also tasty.
I have been a vegan for humane reasons about 5 years and there has been some trial and error developing a tasty and healthy menu. Being vegan does not always equate with healthy as there is a lot of vegan junk food, and in restaurants sometimes the only menu option is chips. It is good we have some plant based tasty choices but unfortunately the things that often make things super tasty are fat and sugar.

Exercise is another thing that is different for everyone and their body type and fitness levels. There is always more we can do. To me it is really about getting the most out of life and the wonderful planet we live on.
